My stay at AC was quick but enjoyed. We had a beautiful view from our room, rooms were clean & up to date. 7 minutes from the airport & decently priced. Parking was convenient until later in the evening when it’s full you have quite the hike back to the lobby. & The shower could’ve used a deep clean but overall pleased with my stay. Would recommend & stay again
Large, clean and modern rooms with exceptional service from everyone we met. Every encounter with the hotel was easy- smooth check in/out with great people working the reception. Not sure how to rate the dining options separately from the rooms and service. The breakfast was our only problem. It's expensive for a family. There are no kid-sized or kid-priced options. And there's no decaf coffee, which is bizarre. The rooms are excellent, the view is beautiful and surprisingly peaceful. The people are all friendly and helpful. The facilities are all very clean and look nice and new.
So so clean! I am kind of a freak when it comes to staying in hotels but our Suite was so clean and fresh it looked brand new! Staff were super friendly, kind and helpful! The restaurant had delicious food to top it all off! They had events on certain nights which is awesome but even with the lively events it was such a peaceful stay! Would 100% stay again!
I stayed here earlier this week and it was the second time this fall that I’ve stayed here. The second time was even better than the first! I checked in later in the evening and was warmly greeted by Askhan. He is such an attentive and customer service-oriented individual. Upon upgrading my room to a bay view (I am a Platnium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member), he also gave me a voucher for a discount at the lounge for breakfast. He really didn’t have to do all of that, but it certainly made me feel special. I have found this hotel to be clean, quiet, and a comfortable yet modern place to stay. Very convenient to the 101 to get into San Francisco or to Silicon Valley. Limited airport noise and open parking are a bonus. Plus, a Starbucks nearby if you need a drink on our way out. I travel to the Bay Area often for work. I will most definitely be staying at this AC again! Thanks Askhan for a great experience!
Great hotel, close to the airport! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, well maintained & Quiet hallways. Only complaint is that the pillows are way too soft. ( took away a star for this reason) would have preferred some memory foam pillows for better comfort and a well rested sleep! All AC hotels have same kind of pillows regardless of the location in the US I feel! Other than this minor issue everything else was good about the hotel!
This is the best hotel to stay at in SSF. It's modern, upscale, nice amenities - you couldn't ask for anything more in a hotel for business travel. The rooms are starting to show a bit of aging - banisters peeling, my shower soap dish was coming disjointed from the wall, etc so I hope the facilities team is able to uphold the title of being the best for many years to come.
Great first experience in san francisco staying at this hotel Everything was clean and easy to get too. A bit of a drive from San Francisco city attractions but I liked the slower pace and nice view from our room. There's a delicious sushi omakase spot close by. Anish helped us with check in when we arrived He was very helpful with recommendations and made our 1st stay amazing! Will come back again
